This makes it more cost-effective for smaller runs or customized orders. 3.*Embedded into Fabric: DTF prints are embedded into the fabric of the clothing during the heat transfer process. This embedding creates a more durable logo or design that is resistant to fading and peeling, enhancing the longevity of the garment. Can I Return Custom Designed Clothing?

Returns Policy At TradieLifeCo Custom Clothing, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made products tailored specifically to your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with the quality and accuracy of your order. Our Promise to You We guarantee that all products will: Match the description and specifications provided and approved during the design process. Be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use conditions. If your order does not meet these standards, we will provide a resolution as outlined below. Faulty or Incorrect Items If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require: Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice). Photographic evidence of the fault or issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the appropriate resolution, which may include: Repairing the product. Replacing the product. Issuing a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible. Exclusions Returns or refunds for change-of-mind are not accepted for custom-made orders. Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions provided is not covered. Wash and Care for Custom Clothing?

1. Cold wash - Inside out 2. No using a Dryer! this will peel your prints 3. Do not Iron 4. Hang out of direct sunlight. This will ensure no colour fading of the prints or shirts.

Logo File Requirements?

1. Logos are best in a Vector file so that we can resize your logo to fit your shirt size. we also accept PNG, PSD ( photoshop), AI ( Adobe Illustrator) and PDF format. 2. Ensure it is 300DPI so that your image doesnt become pixelated. 3. No screenshots of Logos this makes for a terrible print and we will refuse your artwork. 4. No copyright material! You must have licencing for any buisiness or brand in which you send to us. Proof of licencing may be requested at the discretion of Tradielifeco. These are also outlined in our Terms and Conditions of our Prints. Payment and your digital Mockup you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Can You Design My Logo?

Unfortunately we don't design, We recommend looking at someone Local to design your logos or another Platform service like Fiver, freelancer etc etc

Do you offer Womens and Children sizes?

Gift Cards 

Tradielifeco Gift Card Policy 1. Expiry Period All Tradielifeco gift cards have a minimum expiry period of three years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date will be clearly indicated on the gift card itself. After this date, the card will no longer be redeemable. 2. Fees Tradielifeco gift cards are free from any additional fees once purchased. The full value of the card will be available for use without deductions. 3. Usage Gift cards can be redeemed for products on the Tradielifeco website (www.tradielifeco.com.au). They cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to another person once issued. Gift cards may be used multiple times until the balance is zero. Any remaining balance can be checked on our website or by contacting customer support. 4. Lost or Stolen Cards Gift cards are treated as cash. Tradielifeco is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not replace or refund the balance in these cases.
