    At TradieLifeCo Custom Clothing Prints, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. For our non-custom-made shirts, the following refund policy applies:

    Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

    Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

    • Has a major fault (e.g., it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, is significantly different from its description, or is unsafe).
    • Is not of acceptable quality (e.g., damaged or defective).
    • Doesn’t match the description provided.

    If any of these apply, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement at no extra cost.

    Change of Mind:

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind on non-custom-made shirts. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.

    Process for Returns:

    Contact Us within 30 days of receiving the product.

    • Provide details of the issue, including photos of the fault if applicable.
    • Include your proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).

    If approved, we will organize the return of the faulty item and issue a refund or replacement.

    Exceptions:

    • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or handling does not qualify for a refund.
    • Items marked as clearance or seconds are not eligible for returns unless they have major faults.
