We will email you to get your logo and create a mockup of your design. Once confirmed we will have your order Created within 14 business days of Confirmation of Design.
**Terms and Conditions for Printing Shirts with Tradielifeco**
1. **Logo Submission:** All logos must be submitted in high resolution, preferably at 300 dots per inch (dpi). Logos must be fully licensed and comply with copyright laws.
2. **Mock-Ups:** Mock-ups will be provided for customer approval before printing begins. It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve the design accurately.
3. **Maximum Print Size:** Prints on shirts are limited to a maximum size of 35cm in any direction.
4. **Payment and Turnaround:** Payment must be made in full before production begins. Once payment is submitted, alterations cannot be accepted. There is a 14 business day turnaround from Design confirmation to delivery.exclusion applies to any Supplier Stock issues in which Tradielifeco will make the buyer aware of the delay
5. **Quality Assurance:** While we strive for excellence, slight variations in color and placement may occur. These are considered normal and do not warrant a refund or exchange.
6. **Cancellation and Refunds:** Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement for a refund. Refunds are not accepted once printing has begun.
7. **Shipping:** Shipping costs are additional and must be stated in the order request unless offered otherwise in deals. Tradielifeco is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
8. **Additional Waiting Time:** Some shirts may require additional waiting time due to stock levels from suppliers and manufacturers, which may result in longer lead times.
9. **Multiple Logos:** Orders with more than 2 logos will incur an additional fee of $3 per sleeve on top of the clothing price, as stipulated in the invoiced price.
10. **Copyright Responsibility:** Tradielifeco takes no responsibility for the misuse of copyrighted logos and reserves the right to refuse printing.
11. **Alteration of Terms:** Tradielifeco reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
12. **Refunds for Custom Prints:** Refunds are not accepted on custom prints due to the unique nature of each individual print request.
